There goes my life!

Not literally but man when I put these 3 little cuties on the bus for the first day all I could think was that song, "There goes my life, there goes my future, my everything." Ugh they are growing up so fast. Michaela my shy, sweet, sweet, caring daughter, Bailey my busy, energetic, handful, and Easton my handsome, cuttlely, smart boy all getting on the bus the first day of school together to head off for the first FULL day of school together. It felt sooooo weird to walk back to the house knowing it was just Ariel there and that I had the day without the busyness and chattiness of having these children underfoot. I have been so incredibly blessed. We have had such a trying and stressful summer it was nice to get some normalcy and routine back. The kids are headed to Quartz Hill for the first year. It's scary not knowing what they will encounter or be faced with when they get there. I just hope I have instilled in them a sense of right and wrong, softness to be friends to everyone (even if they are different) and courage to stand up for what they believe.
